i used to be really fit with an iron willpower, but the past year i sort of fell off the wagon. i’m now starting it up again and have been very diligent with my workouts but the main problem is my appetite.

ever since i started exercising i become ravenous, usually the day after an intense workout. even though i have improved my diet tremendously and only eat natural, whole foods, i become so hungry that i eat so many apples, complex carbs, tuna packets, etc. that it’s really hindering my weightloss. i’ve tried substituting with vegetables, but even after a giant dinner salad i’m sometimes still unbelievably hungry.

i’ve been doing this for a little over three weeks and have lost one measly pound. i do feel a lot healthier and stronger because i am eating good foods and my skin is clearer because i drink so much water, but i still want to lose weight. i have about 10-15 pounds to lose. any suggestions?
