    So I am about 5′10, used to be upwards about 246 lbs last year. Then When 2008 started, i started dropping weight really fast.. i dropped about 30 lbs in 3 months, then 20 the next month alone, then regained about 4 lbs, then I dropped about 10 lbs over the summer.. and now it’s getting more difficult. I joined the gym in september, but only lost 7 lbs in over a month and a half, even though I’ve been working out as much as i can there [way more than in the summer] and my diet has only gotten better (i used to eat breaded foods but I’ve even cut those out, and eat healthier more natural foods now than when i started]. Is it getting harder because I’m now lighter than i was when i started? [at 181 now...] or am I doing something wrong?

    okayy,, so I wanna lose weightt,
    laxitives obviously,, :)

    and I couldnt find the stuff I ussually use and so I got this other stuff, which Im not to crazy aboutt.

    its called, normacol plus natural fibre plus..

    I havent tried it yett, becuase its not very clear on what it acctully doess. i dunno its wierdd.

    has anyone tried it..? or know whether itll be the same as my other one?

    Do they just rid the body of water? Why are they good for weightloss? Like natural diuretics and such..
    Answer the QUESTION people! Believe me, I KNOW how to lose weight. That’s not what I’m asking.

    ok so ive been trying to lose a couple pounds for the past 2 years and nothing is working. I cant keep myself focused. i binge and eat too much and cant seem to stick to an exercise plan. What helped you make it to your goal weight? i dont care how long it takes i just want something to stick. tell me your story, what tecniques did you use? how much did you lose? how much did you exercise? I only need to lose like 20 pounds. but i need all the encouragement i can get, cause i really just want it to finnally come off. ive been fighting this battle tooo long! Please help, but please no diet pills or diets, im going all natural or watever.
    I want real advise from people who have lost weight!
