I would love to lose 20 lbs, I dont want to be really skinny that my body looks mis shapen, i was born with natural big calfs and thighs because my parents both have it. The only thing is, im really impatient when it comes to dieting, i like to see results right away. I have been going to the gym once a day running on the eliptical on the weightloss program for 35 minutes, and i do weights every other day just to tone my arms. I guess i would just like more tips so i can shed those 20 lbs really fast. Is the excercise im doing enough to tone my stomach? What should i eat?<br/><br/></p>

I recently started a new kind of pill&#8230;and its working to regulate my period (3 prior ones did not help), but i have gained 10 pounds.  my boobs are bigger but so are my but and thighs and even stomach.  </p>
<p>ok so i hear its impossible to lose this extra weight, and i know i am still at a healthy weight but you have to understand that i run every day and eat healthy and these few extra lbs have made me more tired and uncomfortable with myself.  I have to go buy new jeans a size up which is frustrating and I just dont really want to.</p>
<p>is there any way to get back to wher ei was comfortbale at while still taking the pill?</p>
<p>im 5&#8242;7&#8243; and 125 to 130 at this point.  I stopped grown a bit ago and i had maintained a constant 110 to 115.  i know thats low, but that was my natural body weight and i was happy and comfortable with it.  I would be fine with the extra weight if it had effected me in other palces&#8230;<br />
also&#8230;i hate having to wear liek 3 sportsbras wehn i run&#8230;im a 32 dd right now and even thats a bit snug and i get the double boob thing its annoying&#8230;i jsut liekd my body before but im not sure how to get it back.</p>
<p>liek i said its bc and no i do not have an eating disorder i eat a lot my body has jsut always metabloized it.</p>
<p>i haev been eating healthier lately and runnign mroe but it doesnt seem to help.  ok go.<br/><br/></p>
