Then When 2008 started, i started dropping weight really fast.. i dropped about 30 lbs in 3 months, then 20 the next month alone, then regained about 4 lbs, then I dropped about 10 lbs over the summer.. and now it&#8217;s getting more difficult. I joined the gym in september, but only lost 7 lbs in over a month and a half, even though I&#8217;ve been working out as much as i can there [way more than in the summer] and my diet has only gotten better (i used to eat breaded foods but I&#8217;ve even cut those out, and eat healthier more natural foods now than when i started]. Is it getting harder because I&#8217;m now lighter than i was when i started? [at 181 now...] or am I doing something wrong?<br/><br/></p>
