Im 5′5 and 150 lbs. I would love to lose 20 lbs, I dont want to be really skinny that my body looks mis shapen, i was born with natural big calfs and thighs because my parents both have it. The only thing is, im really impatient when it comes to dieting, i like to see results right away. I have been going to the gym once a day running on the eliptical on the weightloss program for 35 minutes, and i do weights every other day just to tone my arms. I guess i would just like more tips so i can shed those 20 lbs really fast. Is the excercise im doing enough to tone my stomach? What should i eat? -

i absolutely love both, but today i read an articale on the internet debating the natural goodness. yes, they are high in fiber and low in calories, but what else????good 4 weightloss right?
