It just seems so impossible and hopeless for me to lose weight because it&#8217;s the motivation I lack-yet once I get into something I try to stick with it. I&#8217;m looking at losing about 40-50 pounds!!!!!!!!!! Any advice on weightloss would be helpful especially if you are a professional trainer or nutritionist! Thanx in advance!</p>
<p>P.S. I don&#8217;t do diet pills or other edible weight reducers!It&#8217;s just not natural enough for me!<br/><br/></p>

<p>1. I like drinking vitamin water, Is it better to just drink normal water? I heard from a few people the water is just the mildew from boiled water, and its just packed with vitamins. </p>
<p>2. Is propel water sugar packets good to put in your water Or is it better to drink normal water?</p>
<p>3. If i drank nothing but water for a day (and lots of water) would i just gain water weight or will i urinate it out and lose weight at the same time?</p>
<p>4. How much calories do you normally lose from sex/ masturbation? </p>
<p>5. Does weight watchers work And work fast?</p>
<p>6. Does running/ jogging help lose weight from the stomach and pecs? Or do you have to do specific excersises for that certain area? </p>
<p>7. I think theres a diet pill out there call something like Zymax/ Zymex and its natural.. Could that help lose weight?</p>
