I am 17 years old and I’m trying to lose weight and do not have the time or the resources to lose weight (i.e lack of family support, etc.). I know a classmate who used to be chubby and she came back to school after a summer and she looked like she had never been overweight. Honestly, she was very pretty slim and NOT stick thin either. She looked extremely happy and healthy. I know for sure that she didn’t lose all that weight (its a LOT of weight) the natural way by excersice and dieting.
So please reccomend some that ACTALLY WORK…..I would really appreciate it and it would do great for my stressful lifestyle. Any suggestions and help would be appreciated!!!!!! Thanks in advance!!!
