Weight issues.Please help?

!st off what’s an easy fun way to lose weight-like what type of exercises? What do I keep telling myself and do to stay motivated?
It just seems so impossible and hopeless for me to lose weight because it’s the motivation I lack-yet once I get into something I try to stick with it. I’m looking at losing about 40-50 pounds!!!!!!!!!! Any advice on weightloss would be helpful especially if you are a professional trainer or nutritionist! Thanx in advance!P.S. I don’t do diet pills or other edible weight reducers!It’s just not natural enough for me!
