CLA was found in SOME - I repeat, SOME studies to increase fat metabolism, but the results were accompanied by a host of other unpleasant changes in bloodwork, and there is a huge gap in the research. It will NOT add lean muscle mass - or at least, I am unaware of any scientifically validated claims to such.

Of course, this hasn&#039;t stopped the (unregulated) supplement companies from marketing it as a &quot;natural&quot; weight loss pill. If you are expecting to take CLA as a weight loss aid, then I suggest you move on. Weight loss pills do nothing for long-term weight loss, because the cause of 99% of weight gain is going to be...problematic eating behavior.</description>
