has anyone used CLA for weightloss?

It is a natural supplement that is suppose to help naturally metabolize fat and add lean muscle mass, has anyone had any luck with it?

You’ve got it wrong. CLA was found in SOME – I repeat, SOME studies to increase fat metabolism, but the results were accompanied by a host of other unpleasant changes in bloodwork, and there is a huge gap in the research. It will NOT add lean muscle mass – or at least, I am unaware of any scientifically validated claims to such.
Of course, this hasn’t stopped the (unregulated) supplement companies from marketing it as a “natural” weight loss pill. If you are expecting to take CLA as a weight loss aid, then I suggest you move on. Weight loss pills do nothing for long-term weight loss, because the cause of 99% of weight gain is going to be…problematic eating behavior.
