• Coffee or Tea which is better?

    I was just thinking while I was pouring my 6th cup of coffee this morning, which is better coffee or tea?

    So the question would be coffee or tea… both being without any additives, and with… I put a lot of cream and sugar into both so would it be better to switch to tea to help with weightloss?

    Now, I know that green tea boosts the matabolism, and coffee is a natural laxative, makes you pee and poo alot. but other than that what other health benefits do each offer?

    I mean I know that coffee is the drink of choice for us Americans and Tea for the Britains… but should I just throw out the whole Boston Tea Party rebellion and go back towards the mother country…LOL

    i’d say tea is better for you since it contains a lot of antioxidants, coffee has much more caffeine than a cup of tea. too much caffeine will just make you hyper and will give up a very unstable balance of energy where you will feel hyper one minute and then feel drained out after a while, from using up all your energy. tea is much healthier for you, and is much more relaxing to drink. as far as for weight loss, i would try using a little less sugar and cream because if you drink a lot of this, it only will collect too many empty calories which is going to slow down your weight loss progress. consider maybe a flavored tea like green tea, or some other flavor you might like where you don’t have to add sugar and cream.

    Tea is like petrol and coffee is like diesel. Depends on your system I would say tea.

    Both coffee and tea are almost equal but coffee is a better one since it has an anti asthematic named Theophilin,caffine stimulates the brain,decreases body aches,since it contains sugar n milk…it provides vitamins and energy n prevents hypoglycemia(due to the presense of sugar-also applicable to tea).It also balances the fluid levels of the body,being a liquid,it prevents mituration difficulties and avoids constipation.It is best in maintaining relationships(Socially,since we get down together 4 a coffee hangout!).Tea prevents heartproblems.Moreover heat is provided in cool climates.

  7. Go with tea. Green and white teas have high levels of antioxidants, and the caffeine helps curb cravings for food and snacks.

    Coffee has more caffeine, but as far as I know, not as many antioxidants. Plus, you don’t really need that much caffeine if you just want it to curb your hunger.
