• I’m Doing This Right. Right?

    Hey guys, I’m 12 years old, 5′2, and weigh a wopping 190 lbs. I am trying to lose weight, but I feel like I may be eating too much, not exercising enough ect… Anywho, doing this, how much weight do you expect me to lose a week?

    B: 1/2 cup Kashi Go-Lean crunch, 1/8 cup Blueberries, 1/2 cup Lowfat milk.
    S: Small yogurt, 1 tbsp all natural pb.
    L: 3/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 1/2 chopped apple, small handfull halved grapes. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 1 wasa hearty wafer.
    S: Florida naval orange, 1 tbsp all natural pb.
    D: 1 grilled chickin breast, boneless, skinless. Broiled broccoli [sometimes asparagus]

    And I drink as much water as I can but feel sick so only about 34 Ounces a day.

    Exercise:
    Walking 45 Mins.

    Is this enough to acheave a 70-80 Pound weightloss?
    I get really hungry though. I go to school and have to eat at these times…

    It seems as like if you did this consistantly then you could lose the weight but you also want to do some weight training too.

    i think its too much of a crash diet and eventually u will go back to overeating. keep trying but go about it in a healthier way

  4. i checked your bmi.body mass index and yes you do need to lose weight for your help.i know how you feel.your weight just escalates and then ist like wow i need to do something.bless you.you are only twelve and losing weight should be the last thing on your mind.im guessing you want to get the girls.ha ha.just eat what you want so long as it is low fat.when i lost weight if i was hungry i still pigged out because if your hungry that is what youn wanna do.walking is good but but like if your going upstairs go back down afew and then go back up afew.dont fall down them though.ha ha.i bought some low fat icecream and pigged out on that.low fat bread with low sugar jam.yum.its a sacrifice but if you want to do this im sure you will be looking trim in no time.good lokk and check the fat content.do you like chips.oven cook low fat chips or do jacket potatoes.you can still put low fat spread in them or the low fat cottage cheese you said you have.good look babes.

    Okay so Karly, you forgot to say you have cheat days on the weekends. Or did you quit that?

    Anyway, I think that’s a very good diet. (Rachael strightened my hair!) Lol I had to say that. ANYWHO, I think since you have cheat days, you might be gaining the weight back. Becuase last time you weighed yourself, atleast when I wad there, you were like 179 lbs. Are you just exaderating or is that your real weight?

    Anyway, the walk, do you mean your taking Kami for a walk? Becuase when we do we do usually take an hour or two.

    So anyway, your doing good, and keep up the good work!
