17 Year old Female.Needs to lose 20 lbs?

Im 5′5 and 150 lbs. I would love to lose 20 lbs, I dont want to be really skinny that my body looks mis shapen, i was born with natural big calfs and thighs because my parents both have it. The only thing is, im really impatient when it comes to dieting, i like to see results right away. I have been going to the gym once a day running on the eliptical on the weightloss program for 35 minutes, and i do weights every other day just to tone my arms. I guess i would just like more tips so i can shed those 20 lbs really fast. Is the excercise im doing enough to tone my stomach? What should i eat?

GO to the track and field at school. Walk a mile or two during lunch. You will lose the weight, naturally.

The greatest fitness company I know is Fitness Fun.They are dedicate to improving your fitness. They also have a promise to their members that they would loses 2-5 lbs in the first week. If not they you can quite no question ask. It is rare to see that kind of promise these days. If you do not want to loss weight then it doesn’t apply to you.
Another, part is a weight maintain program. This a 1 month program that helps you keep your weight loss off. They give you the tools you need to do this. After the 1 month is over you will be able to keep the weight off all by yourself.
