So basically I am not happy with my weight, I was once healthy and great but lately have had a rough time and ordered hoodia. (A natural weightloss supplement).The website said that the package looks very discrete, has anyone ever ordered hoodia and know what I should be looking for?
Okay so best answer goes to the best excuse to give my mom so she won’t look in the package when it comes, just put it in my room.
PS: I’m 17, and used my own money and debit card. HELP?
just to answer a few people. Yes, she does look in my mail. She’s kind of a weirdo. At a time I found my opened mail in her droor and really went off on her. I’m afraid it will happen again. -

OK i just want to start out by saying that i am one of you! i Work out 6 days a week, lift weights, cardio, run ect. ect. I eat really healthy, leans meats, whey, non-fat yogurt, fish, shrimp, canned veggies, canned fruit(college student…fresh is too expensive), oatmeal… i pretty much stay away from packaged foods (except the canned but i always get organic or low-sodium/light syrup)
my question is i tend to cheat alot, i go a week eating really healthy and excercising them sometimes i just pig out. I need a stopper and i love ice cream, especially the ben and jerrys, so here is my question, if i eat really healthy around 1500 calories a day, excercise and eat a whole container of ben and jerrys on once a week (on average about 1000 calories a container) will this be harmful to weightloss, and when i get my system flushed out will it just make it crappy again?
I need to add, i have muscles and can almost see a 6-pack, but i have a little flab around the belly, thighs and buttox, and i need(well dont need but want to) to lose the fat in 2 months for springbreak, ive been working out about 2 hours a-day, running around 3 miles. will i still lose weight if i eat one thing of ben and jerrys once a week. -

Does anyone know if theres anything natural I can take to deintoxicate the body. I have heard of puranol. It helps jumpstart weightloss and boost metabolism, supports immune system and its good for overall health. Its sounds pricey. I need something I can make at home or something cheap that can do that for me. THanKS!!! -

Im 5′5 and 150 lbs. I would love to lose 20 lbs, I dont want to be really skinny that my body looks mis shapen, i was born with natural big calfs and thighs because my parents both have it. The only thing is, im really impatient when it comes to dieting, i like to see results right away. I have been going to the gym once a day running on the eliptical on the weightloss program for 35 minutes, and i do weights every other day just to tone my arms. I guess i would just like more tips so i can shed those 20 lbs really fast. Is the excercise im doing enough to tone my stomach? What should i eat?
