    if you really want to lose weight go to the nearest L.A. Weight lost center… they have a web site and to be honest and save you some money all its is, is watching what you eat and a very low salt highwater diet…
    my sister and i joined and in the first month i lost 10lbs but cause if family issues had to quite and get my money back.. my sister however is still there and has gone from 205 to 153 in 8 months… you can still go in and get a free consult but in all honest just keep track of what you eat and how much.. lower your salt intake and drink lots and lots and lots of water…

    try takeing a multi vitamin once a day and the omega 3 vitamins… the omega 3 helps your metabolism speed up…
