Is this a healthy food choice?
Filed under Diet & FitnessJan 16
I am currently doing a weightloss competition, where as though I need to lose at least 3 pounds a each week to stay in the competion (similar to the biggest loser show) im eating oatmeal and whole grain english muffin w/natural peanut butter for breakfast, to small snacks per day, and for lunch and dinner I eat baked chicken breast(cooked at home) I put hot sauce on the chicken for flavor, then I add the chicken with a salad mixture, and then add six cruched up multigran tortilla into it, I would like to know if im am eating a healthy salad even though I add a few tortilla into it, also I exercise daily and drinks 148oz of water a day…..

what’s with all this processed food junk?
no way, you’re not going to lose anything but your chance to win.
ever hear of fresh fruits and veggies?
oatmeal: processed
muffin: processed
natural? peanut butter? (hum, probably from a mass producer eh?) again, processed junk..(so far this list has nothing fresh in it.. all dead food weight.. all high in triglycerides.
i’m giving up on the rest.. this is a rotten diet.
i’d suggest you stick with fresh produce, no more eating processed foods… (ya dig? that includes dairy) you do realize processed foods are the major cause of obesity? and dairy is an inflammatory food that causes major issues along with weight gain?
want healthy? start over… only eat food from the green grocer / fresh produce section…
want milk? get soy..
remember.. berries are murder on FAT! they kill fat like crazy.
want protein? eat an avocado.
spinach is a iron god.
a banana a day, keeps the fat at bay.
apples are a must if you want to bust FAT.so on.. ok, you had enough now.
get a juicer… blender also.. take these fresh fruits n’ veggies and juice them, blend them..
not only will you lose the weight…. but keep it off.
what you mentioned above? you’re not even going to be able to move your bowels… you’ll be constipated before next week!
