    What do you think about lentils, pinto beans and kidney beans? With steamed rice, lentils with olive oil and garlic make a very healthy meal.
    Also, I have heard that in India they give turmeric to cancer patients and cinnamon to diabetics. I found lots of information about nutritional content at whfoods . com
