i am trying to lose weight?

i take a multivitamin is that enough? should i take B12 or anything natural that could speed weightloss? also how much should i weigh? i’m 23 i would say medium bone structure and 5′6. i’m at 190 right now and i’m a size 12. any input would be great. anything from quick healthy snacks to tips. thanks

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

diet and exercise is guaranteed to get the weight off! No junk food. Lots of water and a balanced diet and exercise 4-5 times a week and it will happen!

a multivitamin is ok with a reasonable diet
google bmi calculator for a weight target and try to achieve that
there is no easy way to lose weight, and you know what is necessary to do it -

Im not sure what you should weigh, but I am a member of weight watchers, and have lost 76 pounds so far. They tell us there to take any multivitamin. There is no actual vitamin that will make you lose weight, you have to do the work. The only natural thing that will speed weightloss is water. Drink lots and lots of water, avoid diet soda at all costs. It stops your metabolism and ruins everything you are trying to do. Go to weight watchers. They can tell you your goal weight, and how to get there. Its easy, fun, and it works!
