    I was just thinking while I was pouring my 6th cup of coffee this morning, which is better coffee or tea?

    So the question would be coffee or tea… both being without any additives, and with… I put a lot of cream and sugar into both so would it be better to switch to tea to help with weightloss?

    Now, I know that green tea boosts the matabolism, and coffee is a natural laxative, makes you pee and poo alot. but other than that what other health benefits do each offer?

    I mean I know that coffee is the drink of choice for us Americans and Tea for the Britains… but should I just throw out the whole Boston Tea Party rebellion and go back towards the mother country…LOL

    OK…so call me vain…i know i am skinny, but i always have been. I recently started a new kind of pill…and its working to regulate my period (3 prior ones did not help), but i have gained 10 pounds. my boobs are bigger but so are my but and thighs and even stomach.

    ok so i hear its impossible to lose this extra weight, and i know i am still at a healthy weight but you have to understand that i run every day and eat healthy and these few extra lbs have made me more tired and uncomfortable with myself. I have to go buy new jeans a size up which is frustrating and I just dont really want to.

    is there any way to get back to wher ei was comfortbale at while still taking the pill?

    im 5′7″ and 125 to 130 at this point. I stopped grown a bit ago and i had maintained a constant 110 to 115. i know thats low, but that was my natural body weight and i was happy and comfortable with it. I would be fine with the extra weight if it had effected me in other palces…
    also…i hate having to wear liek 3 sportsbras wehn i run…im a 32 dd right now and even thats a bit snug and i get the double boob thing its annoying…i jsut liekd my body before but im not sure how to get it back.

    liek i said its bc and no i do not have an eating disorder i eat a lot my body has jsut always metabloized it.

    i haev been eating healthier lately and runnign mroe but it doesnt seem to help. ok go.

    i take a multivitamin is that enough? should i take B12 or anything natural that could speed weightloss? also how much should i weigh? i’m 23 i would say medium bone structure and 5′6. i’m at 190 right now and i’m a size 12. any input would be great. anything from quick healthy snacks to tips. thanks :)

    !st off what’s an easy fun way to lose weight-like what type of exercises? What do I keep telling myself and do to stay motivated?
    It just seems so impossible and hopeless for me to lose weight because it’s the motivation I lack-yet once I get into something I try to stick with it. I’m looking at losing about 40-50 pounds!!!!!!!!!! Any advice on weightloss would be helpful especially if you are a professional trainer or nutritionist! Thanx in advance!

    P.S. I don’t do diet pills or other edible weight reducers!It’s just not natural enough for me!
