lemon juice from concentrate?
does it offer the same benefits as fresh squeezed lemon juice? im putting a little of it in water to help weightloss (which i know it doesnt do much but it sort of cleans out your system). whats the difference? (besides one being from a powder). btw i bought this in a bottle not the actual powder. if i add this to water will it be as good as natural lemon juice?

Nothing is better then the natural thing.
Those powders and liquids don’t taste the same
and are not as nutritious.
It will help your problem but again, not as good as the real deal.
Just buy fresh lemons.

the liquid concentrate will do what you are trying to do, but
remember if your trying to clean the system your adding more preseratives into your system with the concentrate (it has a shelf life for a reason, additives) so if cleansing the system is what your after use fresh lemons
