i absolutely love both, but today i read an articale on the internet debating the natural goodness. yes, they are high in fiber and low in calories, but what else????good 4 weightloss right?

Yes! Dark green vegetables have great vitamins and pytonutrients (sp?)

both are great sources of iron which is fantastic for the blood which in turn is good for your metabolism. don’t over cook them though they lose a great deal of their nutritional value.

is kale and spinach? ARE kale and spinach. also is the articale a pun on kale. both are good green veggies. the only thing I know of that is bad about these 2 is that they are high enough in vitamin K that they can significantly affect an anticoagulant like Coumadin/warfarin.that, and they sure can make you unpopular on the elevator as they can generate a bit of gas when digested.
