I’m getting frusrated because no one has answred my questions
I really need to know…1. Has anyone purchased the book .. The Weightloss Cure.. Secrets they don’t want you to know
or knows of anyone who has done the program?2. What is a good appettite surpressant? (prescription preferred)
apples and water and all the natural methods are not working for me!Please I hope someone reads this and can respond .. thanx

I have not purchased that book.
Drinking water throughout the day is an appetite depressant…so is eating celery all day..it takes more calories to digest celery then it takes to eat it.

As for the book sorry no. To your second try hot tea that really works for me. sorry i do not talk prescription.

I have not even herd of the book but to be honest I wouldnt think about trying it. Alot of people gain the weight once they stop.
I have tryed tons of appettite surpressants and not a single one has worked for me so far.
the best way i have found to lose weight is to be around people. When im around people im to busy talking and dorking around to eat.
also taebo is alot of fun. I did that for a wile, stoped when I had to reboot my comp, and I had tons of fun and lost about 20 lbs in a months. I did the 8 min work out once a day with my 3 year old daughter. It was fast, fun, and made me feel alot better after.they also found getting more sleep can help you drop some LBS.
Another tip is try for small goals. If you want to drop 40 lbs then shoot for 5 then maby 10 things you thing you can do in shorter amounts of time.
Good luck on your weight loss Im sure you will reach your goal it just takes some time.
