  1. I used to take CLA in combination with diet and exercise. It did seem to help a little bit. The one thing I noticed was that seemed to help the back of my thighs to diminish the appearance of cellulite. It wasn’t a miracle pill, but it did seem to help combined with diet and exercise. Be sure to look for Tonalin CLA, as that is the CLA that was studied.
