Energy suppliments, home herbs that aid weightloss?
Filed under Diet & FitnessSep 25
Hey guys!I’m losing weight the natural way (eating right, working out), and posted a question yesterday about hitting mental plateaus.
So, I have two questions. The first is, when i’m working out I tend to get distraced or bored and just sit and read a book or study. Even when i’m playing basketball or dancing or doing something fun. Are there any (LEGAL!) and heathly energy suppliments I could take (I don’t want to get high or trippy, just a boost to make me wanna put all my effort into my workout)?
Second of all, do any household herbs aid weightloss or help curb cravings? I’m not looking for something to take the place of a healthy diet and lifestyle, just wondering if there are any old wives’ tricks. I’ve seen lots of cooky ‘diet pills’ but I don’t want to spend lots of money, and a lot of them are said to be bad for health and only short-term solutions, piling the weight back on once you stop taking them.
Suggestions guys?
Cheers!
xXx

What I tell anyone who is serious about healing themselves of any and all diseases or problems. Go to this website: herbdoc.com and learn how to alleviate your problems for all time and be healthy while everyone around is sick with some cold, flu or cancer or other disease that the doctors’ will tell you you cannot heal. Stay away from supplements. If you knew how they were made, you would never use them ever again. Try this website, you will ultimately be glas you did.

I just recently started doing the natural and healthy thing myself. I discovered a natural and healthy no diet weight loss plan that has allowed me to lose 24 pounds and 2 3/4″ in 31 days (Today being day 31 of the plan) … As far as the Legal Energy – There is a natural and healthy energy drink on the market that does the trick and it only cost $1.oo per serving so it doesn’t break the bank. It only has 22 calories and 4 grams of sugar and it is even safe for people who are diabetic. I have been on these energy drinks now for 6 weeks and they have gotten my 45 year old butt up off the sofa and out of the recliner and I am doing those honey dews around the house now (my wife is well pleased)
