    How manny cigarets should you smoke to avoid cancer? I’m sure you could get away with one or two a week and still avoid disease. But the obvious answer is none. The less you smoke the less chance you have of developing lung cancer. Same goes for meat, you could probably eat it once a week and still manage to live a healthy life.     I don’t completely agree with your grain or natural sugar theories. I am sure you heard of Ezekiel sprouted grain products, or natural sweeteners like agave nectar or maple syrup. Any fruit is good for human consumption, berries being the most nutritious.

    I wouldn’t waste time on making such a pointless video (no offense). Most people already know the joke of low carb diets. There is no point to create a video against low carb high protein diets since most of the population already realizes that it is very bad for us.

    I made myself an “improved Mediterranean food pyramid” one where all the grains on the bottom are replaced with whole grains and red meat once every 2 weeks as opposed to once every month. I’ve been following that pyramid for quite a long time.
