		<description>alternate your diet - your metabolism adjusts to your food intake and calorie output(exercise) so you cannot have the same food all of the time also 5 small meals a day 4 days a week followed by 3 larger meals a day but not too large the other 3 days.
if hungry the obvious works, water, raw carrot sticks, celery etc

		<description>hi, what you need to do is eat more and often because your doing so much exercise your body hasnt got any more energy to use to help burn fat, carry on with your healthy eating but increase your carbs because that provides you with energy, and only eat good carbs like brown bread and pasta, also your body maybe used to the exercises you do so you need to alternate that, try dancing and any exercises that increase your heart rate alot because that is whats key to burning fat.
