    Hi I just have a few weightloss questions. Some might be a little wierd or dumb but its just a question. So here they are:

    1. I like drinking vitamin water, Is it better to just drink normal water? I heard from a few people the water is just the mildew from boiled water, and its just packed with vitamins.

    2. Is propel water sugar packets good to put in your water Or is it better to drink normal water?

    3. If i drank nothing but water for a day (and lots of water) would i just gain water weight or will i urinate it out and lose weight at the same time?

    4. How much calories do you normally lose from sex/ masturbation?

    5. Does weight watchers work And work fast?

    6. Does running/ jogging help lose weight from the stomach and pecs? Or do you have to do specific excersises for that certain area?

    7. I think theres a diet pill out there call something like Zymax/ Zymex and its natural.. Could that help lose weight?

    8. green tea boosts metab. will i loose alot if i drank it for a day?

    howdo,

    been trying to lose weight but wondering if there is something i missing to help speed things up abit (i know it’s only healthy to lose 2lbs/week and to do so gradually – i just want to make sure that i’m doing all i can to meet those requirements!)

    i’m having
    28g museli with 200ml skimmed milk
    boiled egg

    bannana
    low fat natural yog, 2tbs mixed nuts and 1 tsp honey

    Lunch is either: pasta and tuna with 1tbs light mayo, cucumber/tomatoes
    tuna steak and aubergene/tomatoes
    prawn salad with a few olives

    berries 2 handfuls

    protein shake

    Dinners jacket potato and veg
    stuffed peppers – rice and whole pepper, nothing else
    grilled or oven baked cod with spices, either veg or salad and sometimes a jacet potato.

    occasionally 2 pieces of wholemeal bread – thin, with a spread of butter and jam.

    i drink 2lt of water a day, herbal teas and occasionally tea with milk and coffee – maybe once every 2 weeks.

    i do occasionally have a treat like a slice of medera cake or a chocolate bar – but 1 a week.

    exercise 30mins per day (in my lunch break)
    cardio – interval training 1 min high, 1 min low, 15secs high, 15secs rest etc – i mix it up every time depending on how i feel.
    strength training – usually arms, back and chest/abs – my legs get a work out when i do cardio and i do about 60 squats/day at work just to exerxise my legs abit as i’m sitting at a desk.

    i know carbs make me tired so i try and limit a serving to 50g dryweight and i’ve started eating more fish, nuts and eggs for protein (i dont eat meat) but i’m still finding i’m hungry at times so am i not eating enough of something? I occasionally have a protein shake to make sure i’m getting enough protein as i find it really helps my energy levels.

    I dunno, just feel like there’s something i’m missing, maybe in my workouts or my food?

    if i was to stick with this completely, would i see some results in 4 weeks??

    I lost 3 and a half stone but put on 2 this year through mourning and because my job has changed to a desk job though i’m starting to walk the 4 miles to work twice a week which i want to build up on to 4 times per week.

    I just have a lot of belly fat to get rid of, i’m carrying around a small grotesque organism on my front!!! lol!!! but seriously, there’s quite a lot there as i’m an apple shape. i heard interval and eating regular were the best things to do…
