Am I doing well? Is this normal weightloss?

So I am about 5′10, used to be upwards about 246 lbs last year. Then When 2008 started, i started dropping weight really fast.. i dropped about 30 lbs in 3 months, then 20 the next month alone, then regained about 4 lbs, then I dropped about 10 lbs over the summer.. and now it’s getting more difficult. I joined the gym in september, but only lost 7 lbs in over a month and a half, even though I’ve been working out as much as i can there [way more than in the summer] and my diet has only gotten better (i used to eat breaded foods but I’ve even cut those out, and eat healthier more natural foods now than when i started]. Is it getting harder because I’m now lighter than i was when i started? [at 181 now...] or am I doing something wrong?

My wife has tried everything to lose weight but nothing has worked quite as well as the wu yi tea that she drinks, it’s been covered on CNN and Fox News. She worked off 8 pounds in three weeks. She buys it from a friend at work but I discovered this site in Google; – they have a free trial on at the moment, maybe they’re worth a try?
