		<description>You&#039;re hungry after your workouts because your body needs fuel to build the muscle that you&#039;re growing by exercising.  It&#039;s good to eat, because more muscle will help you burn more fat, but you need to eat the right things or else your body will remain hungry.  Carbs will only do so much, but your body really needs protein after exercising.

Try to eat foods high in low-fat protein, particularly right after (15-20 minutes) your work out.  I go for things like low-fat yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna, almonds, eggs (cooked without fat like boiled or poached), or dairy.  In a pinch, protein bars will do the trick, without a lot of fat or sugars.  

Eating after exercising is good, as long as you&#039;re eating things that will help replace the protein you need to build muscle, without adding in sugars or a whole bunch of carbs.</description>
