    ok so ive been trying to lose a couple pounds for the past 2 years and nothing is working. I cant keep myself focused. i binge and eat too much and cant seem to stick to an exercise plan. What helped you make it to your goal weight? i dont care how long it takes i just want something to stick. tell me your story, what tecniques did you use? how much did you lose? how much did you exercise? I only need to lose like 20 pounds. but i need all the encouragement i can get, cause i really just want it to finnally come off. ive been fighting this battle tooo long! Please help, but please no diet pills or diets, im going all natural or watever.
    I want real advise from people who have lost weight!

  1. You need to force yourself to eat healthier.
    You should check to see how much trans fat is in an item and not too eat too much of it.
    Also don’t try to plan out what your going to eat but make sure you only eat when you are actually hungry not just snacking. (That helped me most).

    Also find a hobby and take a class to keep yourself on a constant excersize routine.

    You should try any of these:
    kickboxing (equals a half hour of running)
    ice skating
    Karate or ?ty-kwan do?
    Yoga
    Pilates (This is very good and can be fun)

    Those are good starters.

  2. You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it. Contact me and I can tell you more about this.

    Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program and he lost 12 pounds in the first two weeks of it. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it’s well balanced. If you want e-mail me and I can give you his contact info and he can tell you more about it.
